Process flow: Authoring and publishing content using the BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for Microsoft PowerPoint
- You assign a role to the author that permits the author to create content in the BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Plug-in for Microsoft® PowerPoint® and that also permits the author to manage the content within the web-based authoring environment in the BlackBerry Pushcast Console.
- The author opens the BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for Microsoft PowerPoint and signs in with a valid username and password.
- The BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Software authenticates and authorizes the author to publish content or to assign content to specific BlackBerry Pushcast Software users and groups.
- The author creates content using the BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for Microsoft PowerPoint.
- The author publishes content to the BlackBerry Pushcast Console from the BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for Microsoft PowerPoint.
- The author views and changes the content as necessary within the web-based authoring environment in the BlackBerry Pushcast Console.
