The user account does not have sufficient permissions to access Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
Possible cause
The account that was used to install the BlackBerry Pushcast Software does not have permission for the server that the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services is installed on.
Possible solution
Assign the Content Manager role or System Administrator role to the users.
- On the database server, open Internet Explorer.
- In the address bar, type http://<report-server>/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx. Report-server is the name of the server that the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services is installed on.
- Click Folder Settings.
- In the right pane, click New Role Assignment.
- In the Group or user name field, type the Windows login name for the user that you want to assign the Content Manager role to.
- In the Role section, select the Content Manager option.
- Click OK.
- In the top pane, click Site Settings.
- In the left pane, click Security.
- Click New Role Assignment.
- In the Group or user name field, type the Windows login name for the user that you want to assign the System Administrator role to.
- In the Role section, select the System Administrator option.
- Click OK.
- Close Internet Explorer.
