Best Practice: Naming files
Consider the following guidelines:
- The file name for the content cannot exceed 50 characters.
- The file name must contain only alphanumeric characters. Special characters and symbols such as quotation marks ("), question marks (?), or angle brackets (<>) can prevent you from publishing or sending content.
- Do not use a file name for content more than once. If you choose a file name that currently exists in the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software, you receive a prompt to create a new unique name for the content.
