Save the files for the Chalk Pushcast Software synchronization service to your computer

  1. Log in to the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Console.
  2. Click Administration.
  3. Click Downloads.
  4. In the Application Downloads section, click BlackBerry® Enterprise Server User Synchronization Packgage.
  5. Extract the BesUserSynchronizationService.zip to a location on the computer.
