Users cannot import groups in the Chalk Pushcast Software synchronization service for BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0
Possible causes
- Administrators did not test the connection when they configured the settings in the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software synchronization service.
- In the Chalk Pushcast Software synchronization service, on the BAS tab, administrators did not enter the FQDN of the computer that hosts the BlackBerry® Administration Service.
