Change the enrollment status for a user

  1. In the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Console, click Enrollment > Manage Enrollment by Content.
  2. In the Name column, click the name of the content.
  3. Click Switch to Manage Enrollments By User.
  4. To change the enrollment status for a user, in the New Status list, select a status.
  5. If you select the Enrolled status, in the Commence New Mobile Deliveries section, perform one of the following tasks:

    Deliver the content immediately.

    1. Select the Immediately option. The default setting for delivery is Immediately.

    Deliver the content at a later date.

    1. Select the On Date option.
    2. In the On Date field, type the date that you want to send the content to the group on.
    3. To deliver the content at a specific time on the date, in the Time field, type a time using 12-hour notation, such as 12:21 PM.
  6. Click Save.
