The Begin Value and End Value fields display the beginning and ending values of the property being tweened for a selected segment. The fields in which the begin and end values are displayed vary, depending on the property. For example, Translation has X and Y coordinate values, and Color-Fill has color swatches.

You can use these fields to change begin and end values without leaving the tweening editor.
