Generate an ad hoc report about users

You can create an ad hoc report about BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Player and BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Desktop Player users to view information about the users, such as who is registered in content, the users' email addresses, the BlackBerry devices that are associated with the users, and the BlackBerry device PINs. You can also view enrollment details for users, including the date that the users enrolled in content, enrollment statuses, and content completion statuses.
  1. In the BlackBerry Pushcast Console, click Reporting > Ad Hoc Reports.
  2. On the Report Type - Step 1 of 4 screen, in the Report Grouping section, select the Group by User option.
  3. Click Next.
  4. To select BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Software users to include in a report, on the Report Scope - Step 2 of 4 screen, perform one of the following tasks:

    Include all users in the report.

    1. Select the All Users option.

    Choose specific users to include in the report.

    1. Select the Only the Users selected below option.
    2. To search for a specific user, in the Last Name field, type the last name of a user.
    3. To change the number of search results that can display on a page, in the Page Size drop-down list, click a number. The default number of search results that can display on each page is 10.
    4. To search for users by role or group, click Advanced Search.
    5. To specify the role of the users that you want to include in the report, in the Role drop-down list, click a role.
    6. To specify the group that you want to include in the report, in the Group drop-down list, click a group.
    7. To search for users using the criteria that you specified, click Refresh List.
    8. To include a user in the report, in the Name column, select the check box beside the name of the user.
    9. To include all of the users in the list in the report, select the Name check box.
  5. Click Next.
