Change the content completion status for a user to Completed
- In the BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Console, click Enrollment > Manage Enrollment by User.
- In the Name column, click the name of a BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Software user.
- In the Name column, click a content title that is specified as Enrolled to view the enrollment settings for the content.
- To change a user's status to Completed, on the Enrollment Settings screen, select the Force the completion of the content by the user check box.
- Click Save.
