Back up the BlackBerry Pushcast Software files

You can back up the files in the BlackBerry Pushcast Software directories, the database files, and the certificate files to maintain a record of the information or to restore the information if it is required after an installation or upgrade.
  1. On the computer where you installed the BlackBerry Pushcast Software, navigate to the file directory for the BlackBerry Pushcast Software.
  2. Perform the following tasks:
    Task Step
    Back up the directory files for the BlackBerry Pushcast Software. Copy the following files in the BlackBerry Pushcast Software directory to a backup location:
    • Data
    • Logfiles
    Back up the database files for the BlackBerry Pushcast Software. Copy the BPC_BPS file in the database for the BlackBerry Pushcast Software to a backup location.
    Back up the certificate files for the BlackBerry Pushcast Software. Copy the certificate files to a backup location.
