You must install the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Resource Kit for BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1 before you can use the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software synchronization service. To configure the Chalk Pushcast Software synchronization service, you must have the password you created when you installed the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit.
