Create a directory for the Chalk Pushcast Software synchronization service

  1. On the taskbar, click Start > My Computer.
  2. Navigate to a location on the computer where you want to create a directory for the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software synchronization service.
  3. Right-click, and click New > Folder.
  4. Type a name for the folder that you want to use for the Chalk Pushcast Software synchronization service.
  5. Open the folder.
  6. Navigate to the folder where you saved the files for the Chalk Pushcast Software synchronization service.
  7. Perform one of the following actions:
    • If you are using BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1, open the BES41 folder.
    • If you are using BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0, open the BES50 folder.
  8. Copy the files in the folder and paste them into the folder you created for the Chalk Pushcast Software synchronization service.
