Change the content completion status for a user to Completed

  1. In the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Console, click Enrollment > Manage Enrollment by User.
  2. In the Name column, click the name of a Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software user.
  3. In the Name column, click a content title that is specified as Enrolled to view the enrollment settings for the content.
  4. To change a user's status to Completed, on the Enrollment Details screen, select the Force the completion of the content by the user check box.
  5. Click Save.
