Troubleshooting
- Administrators cannot access the Microsoft DTC settings
- The database or host was not created during the installation process because an error occurred for the Microsoft DTC or network DTC access
- Users cannot start the website that they created for the BlackBerry Pushcast Software
- Users receive an error message when they open the BlackBerry Pushcast Console
- Images do not display in the BlackBerry Pushcast Console
- Users receive a Microsoft IIS error when role services are not installed
- The user account that I specified is not an authorized user on the database server
- The user account does not have sufficient permissions to access Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
