If users do not have the BlackBerry® Internet Service available on their BlackBerry® devices, the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software cannot communicate with the devices to authenticate the users.

Impact: The user cannot access the Chalk Pushcast Player.

Workaround: Users can contact their wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Enterprise Server administrator to verify that they have access to the BlackBerry Internet Service.

DT861249

If users uninstall and then reinstall the subscription app for BlackBerry App World, the users are prompted to download content that they have already downloaded.

Impact: The user does not know that the content is downloaded to the device.

Workaround: The user clicks to download the content.

If users switch their devices, they might receive emails about transactions that might be confusing.

Impact: The user might receive emails about transactions.

Workaround: None.
