System roles for the Chalk Pushcast Software

You can use system roles to manage Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software users' access to the Chalk Pushcast Software. System roles include permissions that are assigned to users automatically when you specify roles for them.

Default role

Description

Administrator

A user that you assign to the Administrator role can access all the functionality of the Chalk Pushcast Software.

Author

A user that you assign to the Author role can create content.

Manager

A user that you assign to the Manager role can manage users, create users and groups, assign content to specific users and groups, and run reports.

Content Recipient

A user that you assign to the Content Recipient role can view content. The Content Recipient role is the default role that the Chalk Pushcast Software assigns to each user automatically.
