Specify information for the licensed channel host
Before you begin: Click the link in the
email message that you received from no-reply@chalk.com to access the web page for the licensed
channel host.

In the top section of the web page, in the
Organization,
Address 1,
Address 2,
City,
Country, and
Province/State fields, type your
organization's name and address.

In the middle section of the web page, in the
Host Code,
type a word that describes the web address for the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Console. For example, in the https://rim.com/myorganization web address, myorganization is the host code.
- In the Host Name and
Description fields, type the name and description that you want to appear in the content channel icon in the
Chalk™ Pushcast™ Player.
The following example shows how the host name and description display in the Chalk Pushcast Player on a BlackBerry® device.

In the bottom section of the web page, perform one of the
following tasks:

Add an image that displays beside the content channel in
the
Chalk Pushcast Player.

- Select the
Yes option.
- Browse to
select an image that displays on the Content Providers screen.
- Browse to
select an image that displays at the top of the Content Listing screen.

Do not add an image that displays beside the content
channel in the
Chalk Pushcast Player.
|
Select the
No option.
|
The following example shows how image displays in the Chalk Pushcast Player on a device.

Submit.
After you finish:
Open the two email messages that you receive from no-reply@chalk.com to
get the link and user name and temporary password that you must use to access
and log in to the licensed channel host that is located in the
Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software.
