The Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software uses RBAC to determine how Chalk Pushcast Software users can access functionality in the Chalk Pushcast Software. You can assign roles to users that give the Chalk Pushcast Software users specific permissions. You can create roles that let you specify the permissions or assign default roles to users using the Chalk Pushcast Software.

Chalk Pushcast Software users that you assign to roles in the Chalk Pushcast Software can only assign permissions to other Chalk Pushcast Software users that have roles that are equal or more restrictive. For example, you can assign a custom role to a user that permits the user to assign roles to other users. However, the custom role does not permit the user to run reports. Because the user does not have permission to run reports, the user cannot assign a role that has permission to run reports to any other users.
