Change the login account for the
Chalk Pushcast Software
synchronization service

On the taskbar, click
Start >
Administrative Tools >
Services.

In the right-pane, right-click
Chalk User Load Service.

Click
Properties.
-
On the
Log On tab, select the
This account option.

In the
This account field, type the domain name and
user name for the
BlackBerry® Enterprise Server
administrator account, for example, blackberry\admin.

In the
Password and
Confirm password fields, type a password for
the account.

Click
Apply.

Click
OK.
-
Close the
Services window.
