Generate an ad hoc report for content

Using the BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Software, you can generate an ad hoc report about content that includes content descriptions, content categories, content statuses, and content creation dates.
  1. In the BlackBerry Pushcast Console, click Reporting > Ad Hoc Reports.
  2. In the Report Type - Step 1 of 4 screen, in the Report Grouping section, select the Group by Content option.
  3. Click Next.
  4. To select content for a report, on the Report Scope - Step 2 of 4 screen, perform one of the following tasks:

    Include all content in the report.

    1. Select the All Content option.

    Choose specific content to include in the report.

    1. Select the Only the Content selected below option.
    2. To search for specific content, in the Name Keyword field, type a name or keyword.
    3. To specify the type of content that you want to include in the report, in the Content Type drop-down list, click a content type.
    4. To specify the category of content that you want to include in the report, in the Category drop-down list, click a content category.
    5. If you want the search results to return only content titles that contain content, select the With Content Components check box.
    6. To change the number of search results, on the Page Size drop-down list, click a number. The default number of search results that can display on each page is 10.
    7. To search for content with the criteria that you specified, click Refresh List.
    8. To include content in the report, in the Name column, select the check box beside a content title.
    9. To include all of the content in the list in the report, select the Name check box.
  5. Click Next.
