Users receive an Import of users failed error when starting the BlackBerry Pushcast Software synchronization service for BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1

Possible cause

There is a space in the folder name for the output.csv file.

Possible solution

  1. Navigate to the folder where you saved the files for the BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Software synchronization service files.
  2. Double-click the ChalkMedia.UserLoadService.ConfigurationTool.exe file.
  3. On the BRK tab, in the Output Path, make sure the path does not contain any spaces.
