You can only send one software configuration to user accounts that are on a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server. Each software configuration consists of one default application control policy and one or more custom application control policies that control the behavior of the BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Player. If you do not configure a custom application control policy for an application, the application uses the default application control policy.

You can configure a custom application control policy that is specifically for the BlackBerry Pushcast Player and apply the application control policy to the software configuration to prevent BlackBerry Pushcast Player users from receiving firewall prompts when they install the BlackBerry Pushcast Player on BlackBerry devices and to eliminate errors that occur when users respond incorrectly to firewall prompts.
