Prerequisites: Installing the Chalk Pushcast Software synchronization service
- Add the administrator account with permissions to access the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server database to the local admin group that permits administrator access to the computer that you installed the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software synchronization service on.
- Install the Microsoft® SQL Server® 2005 or Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express.
- Add an SSL certificate from the computer that you installed the BlackBerry® Administration Service on.
