The Chalk Pushcast Player did not download all of my content

Possible cause

When an administrator creates a user account for a BlackBerry® device user, the user receives a list of all available content for the licensed channel in the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Player. The Chalk Pushcast Player downloads only the content that it received most recently. All other content is unavailable and appears dimmed in the content list.

Possible solution

If content is unavailable but appears in the content list, you can download the content to the Chalk Pushcast Player manually.

  1. In the Chalk Pushcast Player, on the screen that lists content, click the content that you want to download.
  2. When you receive a prompt, click Download Content.
