Remove the BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool
- On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Directory Sync Tool, on the taskbar, click Start > All Programs > BlackBerry Resource Kit > BlackBerry Resource Kit for Universal Device Service > Uninstall or Modify Installation.
- Click Next.
- Click Remove.
- Click Remove again.
- Click Finish.
