Apply one or more effects to a bitmap image
You can animate effects settings.

In the Inspector, on the
Effects tab, select an effect.

Click the button that is adjacent to display the
Properties dialog box for the effect that you
selected.

Specify appropriate properties for the effect.

Repeat steps 1 to 3 for each effect that you want to apply.
