Prerequisites: Creating a Windows domain user account for installing the BlackBerry MVS
When you create the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System user account (for example, MVSAdmin), you must use a Windows domain user account that can perform the following tasks:
- Access the group policy of the Windows domain
- Change a group policy of the Windows domain
- Add local Administrator permissions to the BlackBerry MVS Server to support the installation of the BlackBerry MVS software
- Access the BlackBerry Configuration Database and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Add security login permissions to the BlackBerry Configuration Database
