When users insert an image that is less than 800 pixels x 600 pixels in the BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for
Microsoft
PowerPoint, the image does not maintain the aspect ratio in the BlackBerry Pushcast Desktop Player.
Impact: When users view the image in the BlackBerry Pushcast Desktop Player, the image aligns to the top of the window and a white space appears around the image.
Workaround: None.

When users submit the last question in a test while viewing content in the Preview window, the summary page might not display the questions in the test.
Impact: Users might not be able to review their answers for the questions in the test in the Preview window.

When users add .midi audio files or audio files that have more than two channels to content in the BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for
Microsoft
PowerPoint, the BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Software cannot convert the audio files to an acceptable format.
Impact: Users cannot publish the content in the BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for
Microsoft
PowerPoint.
Workaround: None.

If the DPI setting on a user's computer is set to 120, the Publish screen in the BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for
Microsoft
PowerPoint becomes distorted.
Impact: The user cannot use the Publish screen in the BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for
Microsoft
PowerPoint.
Workaround:
- Right-click the Desktop.
- Select Properties.
- On the Settings tab, select Advanced.
- In the DPI setting list, click Normal size (96 DPI).

If a user inserts media files in content while in the Notes section in Microsoft
PowerPoint, the media files do not publish to the BlackBerry Pushcast Software.
Impact: Users will not see the media files when they view the content in the BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Player or BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Desktop Player.
Workaround: Users must change the view to Normal in Microsoft
PowerPoint to insert media files and publish content.

If a user launches a test or survey in the
BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for
Microsoft
PowerPoint, and while it is loading, if the user switches to another
application and returns to the
BlackBerry Pushcast Plug-in for
Microsoft
PowerPoint, the main window of
Microsoft
PowerPoint appears.
Impact: Users might not be able to interact with
Microsoft
PowerPoint.
Workaround: Users can return to the create test or
survey window by pressing the
Alt key and then the
Tab key until the application is
selected.
