Generate an ad hoc report for content
Using the
BlackBerry® Pushcast™ Software, you can
generate an ad hoc report about content that
includes content descriptions,
content categories, content statuses, and content creation dates.
- In the BlackBerry Pushcast Console, click Reporting > Ad Hoc
Reports.
- In the Report Type - Step 1 of 4 screen, in the Report Grouping section, select the Group by Content option.
- Click Next.
- To
select content for a report, on the Report Scope -
Step 2 of 4 screen, perform one of the following tasks:

Include all content in the report.

- Select the All Content option.

Choose specific content to include in the report.

- Select the Only the Content selected below
option.
- To search for specific content, in the Name Keyword field, type a name or keyword.
- To specify the type of content that you want to include in the report, in the Content
Type drop-down
list, click
a content type.
- To specify the category of content that you want to include in the report, in the Category drop-down list, click a content
category.
- If you want the search results to return only content titles that contain content, select the With Content Components check box.
- To change the number of search results, on
the Page Size drop-down list, click
a number. The default
number of search results that can display on each page is 10.
- To search for content with the criteria that you specified, click Refresh List.
- To include content in the report, in the Name column, select the
check box beside a content title.
- To include all of the content in the list in the report, select the Name check box.

- Click Next.
