Users receive the "Server has sent back an error for block <number> of <number>. Reason: Inputs were valid but failure occurred during process" error when they start the Chalk Pushcast Software synchronization service

Possible cause

The Microsoft® DTC service was not configured or is not running on the database server for the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software or on the Chalk Pushcast Software server.

Possible solution

Administrators can contact customersupport@chalk.com for assistance.
