Update the Chalk Pushcast Player using BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0

  1. In the BlackBerry® Administration Service, in the BlackBerry solution management section, click Software > Applications > Add or update applications.
  2. In the Application location, click Browse.
  3. Select the file that contains the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Player components.
  4. Click Next.
  5. When the "Existing applications" message appears in the Add or Update applications screen, click Continue.
  6. Click Publish Application.
  7. In the BlackBerry Solution Management section, click Software > Manage Software Configuration.
  8. Click the software configuration that is associated with the Chalk™ Pushcast™ Software.
  9. On the Applications tab, click Edit software configuration.
  10. Click Add applications to software configurations.
  11. In the Application criteria section, type the name of the application.
  12. Click Search.
  13. Clear the check box beside the earlier Chalk Pushcast Software version.
  14. Select the check box beside the later Chalk Pushcast Software version.
  15. To save the software configuration, click Add to software configuration.
