Configure permissions for the Windows domain user account

Before you begin: Verify that you created a Windows domain user account (for example, MVSAdmin) to install the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System software.
  1. On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry MVS Server, log in using a Windows domain administrator account that has permissions to manage groups.
  2. On the taskbar, click Start > Administrative Tools > Computer Management.
  3. In the left pane, expand Local Users and Groups.
  4. Click the Groups folder.
  5. In the right pane, double-click Administrators.
  6. Click Add.
  7. In the Enter the object names to select field, type the user name for the Windows domain user account that you created.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Apply.
  10. Click OK.
