Add multiple
BlackBerry Enterprise Server user accounts to
the
BlackBerry MVS from a CSV file

In the
MVS Console, in the left pane, expand
Users.

Click
Import.
- In the BlackBerry Enterprise Server drop-down list, click a server.

Click
Browse.

Click the CSV file.

Click
Open.
-
Click
Import File.
-
In the
Template drop-down list, click a template.

In the
Class Of Service drop-down list, click a class
of service.

In the
MVS Server drop-down list, click a server.

In the
Telephony Connector drop-down list, click a
telephony connector.

In the
Voice Mail Connector drop-down list, click a
voice mail connector.

Select the check box beside each
BlackBerry Enterprise Server user account that you want to add.

If necessary, configure the settings for the
BlackBerry Enterprise Server user accounts that
you selected. Fields that are marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
The Extension Number
field cannot contain non-numeric characters such as the plus (+) or
hash (#) symbols or other characters such as comma (,), slash (\
/), or apostrophe (').

Click
Add MVS User(s).
