Restricting user access to Voice over Wi-Fi on Wi-Fi profiles

You can send Wi-Fi profiles from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, or users can create their own Wi-Fi profiles on their BlackBerry devices. You can restrict user access to Voice over Wi-Fi on Wi-Fi profiles that you send or on Wi-Fi profiles that users define.

Restrict user access to Voice over Wi-Fi on user-defined Wi-Fi profiles

You can restrict access to Voice over Wi-Fi and work numbers on user-defined Wi-Fi profiles.
  1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Class Of Service.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click a class of service.
  4. In the Wi-Fi Profile Control section, clear the Allow Voice over Wi-Fi calling on user created Wi-Fi profiles check box.
  5. Click Save.
