After you make changes to a class of service, the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System updates the affected user accounts and BlackBerry devices that are associated with the class of service.

In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Class Of Service.
Click Manage.
Click a class of service.
In the User Edit Control section, select the User may change the default network for BlackBerry MVS calls check box.
Click Save.
