You cannot delete a class of service if it is assigned to a BlackBerry Mobile Voice System user account.

1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Class Of Service.
2. Click Manage.
3. Click Delete beside the class of service that you want to delete.
4. Click OK.
