You can create an administrator account when you want to assign administrative permissions to another individual in your organization. You must define an administrative role before you can add BlackBerry Mobile Voice System administrators.

1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Administrators.
2. Click Add.
3. Configure the settings for the administrator account.
4. Click Save.
