Configure the message waiting indicator for solicited voice mail

  1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Templates.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click a template.
  4. In the MWI Notifications drop-down list, click Enabled.
  5. Click Save.
  6. When you add BlackBerry Enterprise Server users to the BlackBerry Mobile Voice System, click the template that you enabled for MWI notifications.
  7. In the Voice Mail Connector drop-down list, click the voice mail connector for your organization's voice mail server.
