Change the preferred voice network
- In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Users.
- Click Manage.
- Click Search.
- Click a user account.
- On the Settings tab, in the BlackBerry MVS Line Configuration section, in the Default network for BlackBerry MVS calls drop-down list, click a setting. The default setting is Wi-Fi.
- In the When Wi-Fi is unavailable, use Mobile drop-down list or When Mobile is unavailable, use Wi-Fi drop-down list, click Yes or No.
- Click Save.
