Managing CDRs

The MVS Session Manager creates CDRs that store information in a .txt file. You can use the CDR Viewer in the MVS Console to view the files, which contain information such as call duration, the times when calls started, and the names of the called parties.

You can view the following types of records:
  • Standard, which provides a detailed summary of the CDR
  • Summary, which provides a brief overview of the CDR
  • Custom, which provides an overview of the columns of the CDR that you chose to view
