Change when users can receive calls to the work number on the BlackBerry device

The BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System does not apply template changes to user accounts that already have the template applied to them. You can make changes to template settings on a per-user basis.

  1. In the MVS Console, in the left pane, expand Templates.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Click a template.
  4. Configure the times when the user can receive calls to the work number.
  5. Click Save.
