My BlackBerry device displays a message that the BlackBerry device and the BlackBerry Visor Mount Speakerphone VM-605 are not connected

Pairing information might have been accidentally removed from your BlackBerry® device.

Perform the following actions on your BlackBerry device:

  1. On the Home screen or in a folder, click the Manage Connections icon.
  2. Click Bluetooth Options.
  3. Verify that VM-605 appears in the Paired Devices list.
