I cannot hear anything when I use my BlackBerry Visor Mount Speakerphone VM-605

Try performing any of the following actions:

  • Verify that the volume on the BlackBerry® Visor Mount Speakerphone VM-605 is not turned down.
  • If you are using this accessory with your vehicle's stereo system, verify that the stereo system is not tuned to an FM channel that is already occupied.
