Turn off Direct Connect notifications

  1. In the phone application, press the Menu key.
  2. Click Options.
  3. Click Direct Connect.
  4. Perform one of the following actions:
    • To turn off all Direct Connect® notifications, change the Phone Only field to Yes. All data services provided by your wireless service provider, including email messages and browsing, become unavailable.
    • To turn off individual Direct Connect notifications, change the Silence Direct Connect Call Alerts, Silence Direct Connect, Silence Talkgroup, or Silence Group Connect fields to Yes.
  5. Press the Menu key.
  6. Click Save.
Callers receive a notification that you are not available to receive Direct Connect calls.
