Troubleshooting: Enterprise IM
I can't open Enterprise IM
Contact your administrator if you need any assistance while you check the following:
- Verify that Enterprise IM is installed in your work space and not in your personal space.
- Verify that Enterprise IM is an application that is approved by your company.
- Verify that you have the correct information to sign in to Enterprise IM.
I blocked a contact accidentally
When a contact is blocked, the contact is moved to a Blocked group. You can unblock the contact, so the contact can send messages to you again.
- In the Blocked group, touch and hold the contact that was accidentally blocked.
