Troubleshooting: Enterprise IM

I can't open Enterprise IM

Contact your administrator if you need any assistance while you check the following:
  • Verify that Enterprise IM is installed in your work space and not in your personal space.
  • Verify that Enterprise IM is an application that is approved by your company.
  • Verify that you have the correct information to sign in to Enterprise IM.

I blocked a contact accidentally

When a contact is blocked, the contact is moved to a Blocked group. You can unblock the contact, so the contact can send messages to you again.

  1. In the Blocked group, touch and hold the contact that was accidentally blocked.
  2. Tap The save icon.
