Some of the data from my old device is not on my new device

When you switch to a new BlackBerry device running BlackBerry 10 OS, the version of the device software on your old BlackBerry device determines the data that can be transferred to your new device. The transfer of some data might not be supported if you switch from a device running an older version of device software. Email accounts and unsupported applications aren't transferred to your new device.

Try any of the following:
  • Add your personal email account on your new device, if you switch from a device that is associated with the BlackBerry Internet Service.
  • Add a Microsoft ActiveSync email account on your new device, if you switch from a device that is activated on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Contact your administrator for the required information.
  • Open the BlackBerry Remember app on your new device to find your memos and tasks.
  • Open the BlackBerry World storefront to download apps that were not transferred to your new device.
