Uninstall, update, or reinstall an app or a game for your BlackBerry 10 device
- At the top of the screen, click the My World tab.
- Click Apps & Games
- Below an item, click Install, Uninstall, or Update.

When you uninstall, reinstall or update apps and games for your BlackBerry device
running BlackBerry 7.1 or earlier, you might be prompted to install a browser plug-in on your
computer.
- At the top of the screen, click the My World tab.
- Click Apps & Games.
- Below an item, click Install, Uninstall, or Update.
- Click Sync.
Delete or redownload a song, an album, or a video on your BlackBerry 10 device
- At the top of the screen, click the My World tab.
- Click Music or Video.
- Below an item, click Delete or Download.
Depending on the song, album, or video, and when you purchased the item, you might be
required to purchase it again before you can download it again.
