Turn on hearing aid mode

Hearing aid mode might not be available depending on your BlackBerry device model.
Hearing aid mode is designed to improve the compatibility of your device with your hearing aid.
  1. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
  2. Tap Settings Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Aid Settings.
  3. Set the Hearing Aid Mode switch to On.
