Access work printouts

If you have BlackBerry Balance enabled for a personal space and a work space on your BlackBerry device, your administrator might set an IT policy so that items printed from a work computer are only sent to the work space on your device. To access a printout that is printed from a work computer:

  1. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
  2. Tap Work.
  3. Open Print To Go.
